Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Bee Cave

I arrived earlier so I expected to wait, but after watching my suggested arrival time come and go and I was still waiting 20 minutes after my time, I got up and left. Two stylist working with a 17 person wait list, and the two women where more interested in talking to each other than taking care of customers. I literally watch one stylist slowly clean her station for over 25 minutes while she chatted with the other stylist while there where 5 people waiting. I watched 3 people get up and walk out shacking their heads, I was the 4th. I'll be finding someplace else to get my haircut. I don't normally write bad reviews, but I did this time to hopefully give the owner a heads up.

Worst service I have had from any of the Sports Clips!!. Bee Caves location is horrible. Manger was combative and insensitive. I will never get back. Horrible!!!!

Checked in online and had a 20 minute wait. Got to store early and waited. I signed in on the computer and got checked in to see my stylist. I sat in the store another 20-30 minutes on deck, past my check in time and was finally told, “oh, your stylist doesn’t work today.” As I walked out the the store no apology was offered. A total waste of time and a terrible store manager. She walked by me and the screen checking it at least 5 times and didn’t care to tell me my stylist was off and that she accidentally scheduled her. But what do they care, it wasn’t their time wasted. No more MVP’s for me.
