"Well, went for a simple fade for my 7 year old, told them to go short, when they clearly weren't, I asked them to use a number 0.5. They told my he was at a number 2 which was hard to believe. But then as I walked away they said sorry they used a 3 and will go shorter so they did. No big deal. I kept checking on my son and they were blending the fade. And I asked that they go considerably shorter before we started. As they were finishing up I told them it was still too long at the top and I was told that they would have to charge for another cut if they have to do that. Never in my life have I been to a place to get it cut, and the hair dresser doesn't do what I ask and yet I have to pay more. Here is a pic of their bang up job. Sorry guys, you guys need to step it up."

"Must READ Checked in in person and told wait would be 50min approximately. Went next door to Marshall's and ran into a friend for a much need and consequently, lengthy conversation, which put me 10 minutes over. I thought that was okay being that the window is 15 min got there 2 minutes later before calling to let them know I would do so and lone behold the person requested just took someone else right before I walked in. Which gave me another 20 min wait time. Because of this I asked if I could switch to first available the stylist she said, "Sure. I was gonna suggest that anyway"-very politely I might add-so I did. From there it showed me on deck when another stylist came to the front looked at the list and deliberately skipped me. I tried to ask why that was and she said because I requested somebody [which I obviously changed]. I then corrected her and she confirmed in agreement but did nothing. Pretty crappy on the customer service end. I am only writing this so the shop would be mindful of the situation for future events. Not manager contact worthy, nor am I simply complaining because in the end I got a bang up haircut and ended up with the original stylist I request who is, we'll say... "great" for professionalism sake. Definitely looking forward to going back because she was cool but the issue should be addressed in proper form as this all took a total of 2 hours out of my day."

"My sons regular barbar shop was unavailable so we went here. It was not busy and got in fast. The lady was told the same thing the other barber is always told for the haircut and then she shaved him bald, well not all bald there are uneven chunks, she was agressive making my son cry enen cut his ear with the clipper. Seriously never go here"

"If you're a walk-in, be prepared for a long wait. Over an hour. In my experience anyway. Otherwise really good service."

"Been coming here for 10 years up until recently. They let a lady cut my hair without any experience the day before a job interview. Let's just say I ended up buzzing it off and will not be returning to services. Advice ~don't let them cut your hair unless you know the person~ Btw don't get Jen at the Bee Caves location. Can't even leave the house cause of her. Well done Jen. First time I can't even give somebody a 1 on the 10 scale. -yours truly, A bald and upset client"

"If you want a very very good haircut I suggest coming to this place yes there's always a wait because it's hard to get employees to come out this way but very cute girls always with a smile on their face and a great haircut"

"It's not easy to find a barber. In fact, people feel hesitant to big chains. I am here to tell you that is not the case here. GO FOR THE MVP EXPERIENCE EVERY SINGLE TIME!! It will always be worth it, at 25 bucks you will get the haircut, beard trim, shampooing, massage, and your hair styled. They keep a profile of you for when you go back dj if you have a preferred cut, they already know what to do for you. Two downsides : they do not shape your eyebrows, and you cannot book in advance. Everything is on a walk in basis, but you can request a specific barber if one is exceptional. I find myself going back each time to this location and am always treated well!"
